Counseling and Mental Health Services
We are a dedicated, client-centered practice committed to building meaningful relationships with both our clients and the broader community. We highly value our connections with neighbors, community partners, and the natural environment, and encourage our clients to strengthen their own connections with others.
With extensive experience across a range of settings—including community mental health, school-based services, therapeutic foster care, intensive outpatient programs for adolescents, case management (community support services), intensive in-home therapy, and substance abuse treatment—we are well-equipped to provide diverse, evidence-based care. While we address a wide array of mental health concerns, we specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, and challenges faced by female adolescents. We firmly believe that it is never too late to embark on a new path and cultivate the seeds of kindness, happiness, and self-confidence.
Our approach integrates innovative therapeutic interventions such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. We are committed to a strength-based, solution-focused approach to help clients achieve lasting positive change.
Our primary focus is to support individuals in healing, revitalizing, and unlocking their inner strengths. We accomplish this by attentively listening to your concerns, gaining a deep understanding of your unique needs, and collaboratively developing a tailored treatment plan. Allow us to guide you in planting the seeds of meaningful change that will have a lasting, positive impact on your life.
Our goal is to support you in overcoming challenges, healing from past pain, building self-confidence, and progressing toward the life you envision. We are dedicated to helping you strengthen your relationships and cultivate meaningful connections with others, as we believe that such connections are essential to overall well-being.

Depression, fear, loneliness, insecurity, and anxiety are among the most prevalent and challenging emotions individuals may encounter at various stages of life. Through counseling and treatment, we are committed to helping you regain motivation, shift your perspective, and rediscover the joy that you once experienced in life.
Many individuals experience symptoms linked to painful and traumatic events. Emotions such as anxiety, fear, and hopelessness can persist long after trauma. Trauma may result from, but is not limited to, experiences such as natural disasters, accidents, the death of a loved one, relationship loss, divorce, major life changes, financial stress or job loss, addiction, relocation, discrimination or harassment, and illness.
We are here to help you overcome these symptoms, restore your confidence, and support you through the processes of grief and healing. Our therapeutic approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR, offer effective solutions without requiring deep exploration of painful memories.
