Counseling and Mental Health Services
We are an intimate practice focused on developing relationships with our clients and our community. We value being connected to our neighbors, community partners, and our natural environment. We encourage our clients to strengthen their connection to others as well.
Our combined experience working in community mental health, school-based services, therapeutic foster care, intensive outpatient programs for adolescents, case management (community support services), intensive in-home therapy, and substance abuse, enables us to offer a variety of evidence-based care for our clients. We treat a number of mental health needs, but specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and female adolescent issues. We truly believe that it is never too late to begin anew and to plant the seeds of kindness, happiness, and self-confidence in your life.
We focus on innovative interventions such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. We are strength-based and solution-focused.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by listening to your concerns, getting to know you, and developing an individual treatment plan with you. Let us help you sow the seeds of change that have a lasting and positive impact on your life!
Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, develop self-confidence, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. We are committed to helping you strengthen your relationships and build connections with others. We believe connection to others is fundamental to our well-being.

Depression, fear, loneliness, insecurity, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at any point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Trauma can be experienced, but is not limited to, experiencing natural disasters, accidents, death of a loved one, loss of relationships, divorce, major life changes, financial stress/loss of work, addiction, moving, discrimination or harassment, and illness.
We can help you overcome these symptoms, regain your confidence, and guide you through the process of grief and healing. Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR do not require us to go in-depth with painful memories.
